Competition Terms and Conditions

These booking rules shall be binding on you when entering a reply from us, followed by a confirmation by yourself. In addition to these general rules, other specific terms and conditions may also apply to a particular booking. We will email any such changes to the person booking. You must be over 16 years of age to book with us. All online booking requests must be made through LondonCabs.co.uk’s website. Use of false name or address, ie name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from booking with LondonCabs. We reserve the right to oblige any potential requests. Proof of making a phone call, sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your request. No responsibility can be accepted for requests that are lost, delayed or damaged. The closing date for booking is at least 1 hour before the pick-up time. This will always be a time and date in the UK (eg. GMT). These rules are governed by English law. We reserve the right to amend these book rules at any time. Submitting a booking request implies acceptance of these rules, but the booking is not confirmed until both LondonCabs.co.uk confirmed the booking and the passenger replied and accepted.
